Brandon is officially part of the furniture at Prego, and has been with the management team since the year 2000.
Brandon runs an inspired team of hospitality professionals in the dining room, where you can experience our unique brand of friendly,” very human” customer service.
Brandon has a colourful selection of shirts and is also a shareholder of Prego, along with company Director Kelvin Gibson.
Lennox has been Head Chef at Prego since 2008.
After 8 years in Melbourne, working at such places as The Deck, Sausalito’s and Masani, Lennox has an impressive background in Italian cuisine.
Lennox has a passion for flavoursome, unpretentious food and is a stickler for quality and consistency.
Sid has been with us since 2009, and is currently our Kitchen Manager.
Sid maintains the Human resources side of the kitchen and also works his magic touch on the hotline, always with a smiling face.
Together with Chef Hidetoshi Matsui, he contributes to staff training and menu with Lennox.
So long as you have food in your mouth, you have solved all questions for the time being.
